vartojimo kredito tarpininkas statusas Aprobuotas sritis civilinė teisė ir procesas apibrėžtis Asmuo, kuris nėra vartojimo kredito davėjas ir kuris verslo arba profesijos tikslais už atlygį atlieka bent vieną iš šių veiksmų: 1) pateikia arba siūlo vartojimo kredito sutartį kredito gavėjui; 2) padeda vartojimo kredito gavėjui atlikti kitus su vartojimo kredito gavimu susijusius veiksmus, išskyrus 1 punkte numatytą veiksmą; 3) kredito davėjo vardu sudaro vartojimo kredito sutartį su kredito gavėju. atitikmenys: angl. credit intermediary vok.
